The Mount Kisco, NY Service Center received their shipment of 12 volt batteries yesterday (Tuesday, January 5, 2021), and my battery was replaced by mobile service this morning. Matt, the service tech, was friendly, efficient, and professional. The replacement took about 20-30 minutes, and was done under warranty.
